HOW IS DELIVERY TAKEN PLACE?

• We ship the package in 3 to 4 business days.
• Delivery then takes 3 to 15 days depending on your location (1 month to allow for the French Overseas Territories).
• A tracking number is attached to the sending confirmation email to track your package on the website of your national post office (La Poste for France for example).
• Delivery is Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not there, the package will be left in your mailbox or you will have to pick it up at the local post office.
• Once the package has been sent, only the Post Office is responsible for it.
