Deliveries & Orders
Our team takes between 5 and 15 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver (free). We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our kaskettes.
Tracking your order is available on our Track my Order page as soon as it is shipped.
Delivery of our kaskettes is free *

Don't worry, some of our products are not sent from the same storage location. It is therefore possible that your order arrives in several packages. Delivery in this case remains 100% free .

To facilitate the assessment of your request, do not hesitate to provide sufficient information when making contact (image, etc.).
Cancellation & Returns
Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us for any changes regarding your order. After this period, your order will be processed and no modifications will be possible.
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order has already been processed, the cancellation fees will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
