You have the right to return any item purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.

The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective films intact, and in the same new condition as when you received the item.

Items purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return to be recorded and a full refund issued.

Please note that you may be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the package.

Mr Corona Mattéo cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of one or more items during the return of the package.

Here are the details of the return conditions:

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• The request must be made within 15 days (from the delivery date).
• All items must be returned in their shipping conditions (labels, packaging, etc.).
• All damaged products cannot be refunded.
• We have the right to refuse any return after reviewing your request.
• We are not responsible for a delivery address error on the part of the customer.

Once the return has been approved by our team, the return address will be sent to you by email.

We refund in 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (credit card / paypal).
